I am a meditation and well-being teacher - specialising in work with tweens and teens. 

My aim is not only to help young people find inner confidence and calm, but also to connect them to joy and what makes them feel alive, excited and empowered. I look at relevant themes such as anxiety, friendship, resilience, self-esteem and gratitude.

My classes offer a mixture of innate meditation, restorative yoga, compassion-focussed mindfulness, therapeutic movement, creative journaling, grounding and breathing techniques.

About me:

I am a certified Innate Meditation teacher and children's yoga teacher. I have also completed professional development courses in Calm Tools and Yoga for Teens, and Breathing for Anxious Kids; via Inspired Kids Yoga. Most recently, I completed an NCFE CACHE Level 2 in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental health.

I live in Hove with my husband, two teenage daughters and our dog Flossie.
